Title and searches

Missives and agreement
Once everything is clear, we negotiate the contract (missives) and agree the date of entry. Your solicitor will explain each document before you sign.
Completion and keys
On the date of entry, funds are transferred, the deed is recorded and the keys are released. We then tie up the final registration and send you the completed paperwork.
